At Filaments, we want to ensure your electronic components and hardware meet your exact project specifications. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the components are in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
